“Affordable Senior Housing,” which is located at 250 North Main Street, Spring City, PA., opened its doors in June of 2000.  This renovated building, a former Flag Company, is a 58-unit residential apartment building supplying housing for qualified low-income seniors, 62 years of age and older.

FREEDOM HOUSE

This 19-unit facility located at 531 Spring Street in Royersford, PA opened its doors in January of 2002. It was developed for qualified low-income physically disabled adults, 18 years of age and older. These apartments are completely handicapped accessible.

BARD COMPLEX

“Affordable Senior Housing” located at 201 South Main Street in Spring City, PA opened its doors in November of 2006.  This complex, located in a renovated knitting mill, has 62 apartments.  The Bard Complex was developed for qualified low-income seniors, 62 years of age and older.

Each location has a Resident’s Association of tenant elected representatives.

Income guidelines apply to qualified applicant’s earning under $27,250 for a single person and $31,100 for a married couple.
