Phoenixville Homes recently had a changing of the guard in its Board of Directors.
The addition of new directors and the continued participation of retired directors will allow Phoenixville Homes to continue to meet the affordable housing needs in the Greater Phoenixville area with new project development.

 Tenant associations are very active at each facility in planning heath related and fun activities. The Smile Association at Flag House has weekly Bingo, monthly Birthday
Celebrations, monthly dinners and worship on Sunday. This group also likes to take trips to the Lancaster Area. The Freedom House has monthly Bingo, interfaces with Project Outreach and has worship one Sunday a month. They enjoy group activities in the Community Room. The Bard Complex is sports oriented and enjoys group viewing of the sports events on the big screen in the Community Room. A Diabetes Class, Monthly Dinner, Game Night, Bingo and Bible study keep residents busy at the Bard.
