POWER PROJECT
(Phoenixville Opportunities With  Empowerment Resources)

The first project (HOPE) Home Ownership Phoenixville Empowers, was initiated by Phoenixville Homes in 1994, called Home Ownership Phoenixville Empowers (HOPE) was for first time homebuyers. In this activity Phoenixville Homes purchased, renovated or constructed homes for sale to qualified low-income first time home buyers in the “ Greater Phoenixville Area.”

Now referred to as Phoenixville Opportunities with Empowerment Resources (POWER) Homes, this activity continues to provide homes for sale with additional payment for closing costs as funds permit. POWER Homes have been made possible with funding provided by:
